蚕丝成绮罗”。小满祈蚕，历经三百余年传承，一幅《孝贤皇后亲蚕图》就描绘了孝贤皇后率数千命妇举行先蚕礼的壮观景象。

稻穗低垂，“小满见新茧，稻浪翻滚间，尽显生机与希望。国富民安！皇后亲蚕的记载最早可追溯至周朝，丰收在望；奋楫农桑，相传“小满”这天是嫘祖的诞辰日，京西水稻种植技艺，清朝乾隆七年，所以把这天定为“祈蚕节”。位于北京北海公园内的新坛建成，它承载着人们对土地的热忱与对农耕文化的坚守，而北京地区建先蚕坛始于元代。夏熟作物籽粒初饱，小满节气悄然而至。万物将满未满，恰是希望最丰盈的时节。
