6 月 5 日消息，更多消息及官方命名将在接下来数月陆续公布。该设备是一款具备街机风格的外设。PlayStation Link 支持“超低延迟”的连接，
控制器采用由索尼互动娱乐专为格斗游戏打造的数字摇杆，用户也可通过 USB-C 数据线实现有线连接。按钮使用机械开关，圆形和八角形三种选项，索尼 PlayStation 今日公布了全新格斗摇杆 Project Defiant，索尼计划在 2026 年正式发售这款产品，满足不同操作习惯。并配备类似 DualSense 无线控制器的触控板。
